Aerial Park Waiver

All participants must sign a waiver form. Please note that anyone under the age of 18 must have their waiver completed and signed by their parent or legal guardian.

All guests should recognize that there are inherent risks to any outdoor adventure activity. Blue Ridge Adventure Park and its affiliates assume no liability for personal injury or loss of personal property. Drugs and alcoholic beverages are prohibited prior to and during the trip. If you have a medical condition you are concerned about, you should consult your physician before your trip.
