• Cancelation Policy:
• No refunds or rescheduling within 48 hours of the ticket date.
• Cancellations occurring more than 48 hours prior to the ticket date will receive a refund minus a $10 per ticket cancellation fee.
• Rain or Shine:
• Rain is just another element of outdoor adventure, so we operate rain or shine. 
• Severe weather conditions such as thunder, lightning, high winds and heavy downpours may result in delays in park participation. If this occurs, refunds or rainchecks will not be issued. If participants choose not to wait on delayed participation, their time will be forfeited.
• Age Requirements: 
• Participants are required to be at least 10 years of age and be able to extend their arm reach overhead to 70 inches. 
• Sales Tax:
• Ticket prices do not include sales tax.
