Blue Ridge Adventure Park Ticket Purchase - Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE: The Adventure Park has limited hours in the off season months, which is the months public schools are in session. We are open on Saturday's, general admission from 11:00 to 3:00. All other days will be by reservation only, with the following requirements: A minumum ticket purchase of $200.00 is required to open the park on any date other than Saturday, unless other reservations are already schedeuled for that day. For all ticket purchases Sunday through Friday, online reservations are not available, please contact our office at 800-251-4800 for availability and scheduling.
Purchasing tickets in advance is not required, however it does allow a faster check in process. Once a ticket is purchased, the refund/cancellation policy applies. Cancellations occurring more than 48 hours before the ticket date will receive a full refund minus a $10 per ticket cancellation fee. No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 48 hours of the ticket date.
We operate rain or shine, but Park participation may be delayed due to storms, if so we do not issue refunds or rainchecks for delays. It will be up to each particiapate to determine if they want to wait to finish the course or forfeit the time remaiming.
