Blue Ridge Adventure Park Ticket Purchase & Refund / Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED IN ADVANCE

Sunday through Friday tickets are required to be purchased in advance. Please click on the "Book Now" link to view our calendar for available dates and times or contact 800-251-4800. A minumum purchase of $200.00 is required for reservations unless the Park is already open for other reservations. During the summer months of June, July and August the Park is open Saturday for general admission from 11:00 - 2:00, weather permitting.

Once tickets are purchased, our company refund/cancellation policy applies. Cancellations occurring more than 48 hours prior to the ticket date, will receive a full refund minus a $10 per ticket cancellation fee. No refunds or rescheduling are allowed within 48 hours of the ticket date.

We operate rain or shine, however Park participation may be delayed due to storms. If we have to delay participation due to unforseen circumstances, we do not issue refunds or rainchecks for delays. It will be up to each particiapate to determine if they want to wait to finish the course or forfeit the time remaiming.
